Including the architectural plans, custom trailer build, tiny house construction, and delivery, it takes 6-7 months.

You can park a tiny house anywhere ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) are accepted, and Tiny Topanga homes are certified as RVs, so you can park them anywhere you can park an RV. You can also rent a lot in a trailer park or a piece of a friend’s backyard!

Yes and no. You’ll want to make sure the land has electricity and water or can be easily installed. You’ll also want to check zoning requirements to see if the area will accommodate trailers, RVs, or prefab housing. Because tiny homes are now considered ADUs in many places, that requires that there be another structure on the land, making the tiny house an “accessory,” however in many cases, you can live in a tiny house as a construction trailer while building a bigger home.

At this point we build tiny houses to 8.5 feet wide, and do not over oversized trailers.

We can arrange transport of your tiny house to anywhere in the United States or Mexico.

Depending on the size of the house, you’ll need something that can tow at least 10,000 lbs. 250/2500 trucks will pull a tiny house, but a 350/3500 would be ideal.

Nope. We’re all about that nomad lifestyle so vans and tiny homes on wheels are our thing! Also, the wheels allow the tiny house to be considered an RV which gives more freedom in terms of where you can legally have them.

Connections to water and electricity, and a portable propane tank for builds that include gas appliances.
